Wpforo support on the official forum

Is there currently support for users on the official Wpforo forum and on the forum of premium add-ons? Nobody answers questions ((

Wpforo is a great development, but with support is clearly a problem. Due to the lack of feedback it is impossible to resolve some issues.

wpForo community supports works very well. In last two days we’re too busy on some important change in wpForo core so last few days the support is not active. You can see the support high level on earlier topics. Please be patient we’ll be back in a few hours.

Questions:

Why the Attachments plugin does not provide the function of rewriting the names of images uploaded by users. I have a lot of experience with forums, unfortunately there are people who can harm the community by uploading images with obscene or incorrect names.

It should be possible to automatically rewrite the names of pictures. This is a standard feature for the forum, and it is very important!

1Mb is too much, on XenForo I have a limit of 350kb. That is quite enough.

This feature is present in all modern forums, why it is not implemented on wpforo?
