    Hi everyone,

I hope you can help me. I’m using the WPForms plugin and have one form displayed on two different pages.

    1. Once on the Homepage
    2. Once on the Contact Page (Kontakt)

They are exactly the same, but somehow when I open the Contact Page in Google Chrome or on my phone, the two pages look different. I prefer the look of the Homepage, which has three rows. In contrast, the Contact Page only shows one row (on the desktop page) instead of three like on the Homepage. Also in Chrome it has some Checkboxes and the Dots of an list. Does anyone know what could be the problem here?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @chiro1x,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I checked the form on your homepage and contact page using Google Chrome on my computer. I was unable to see the issues you reported.

For your reference, here are some screenshots:

This issue might be related to the Google Chrome’s cache.

When you have time, could you please try your forms again in an incognito window? Or clear your browser’s cache? This will help prevent your browser’s cache from affecting your test. For more information on how to clear your browser’s cache, you can check out this tutorial: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-browser-cache-in-all-major-browsers-fast-way/.

    I hope this helps!

Hi Raiden, thanks for your help.
It was good a while but now it reappears again.
I also tried to delete my cache but it still shows me the appearance issue.

    Could you check it please?

    Hi @chiro1x,

The forms appear the same for me, and here are some screenshots for your reference:

There is a slight visual difference because the Homepage has a background color. However, I could not identify the issue you reported.

I recommend trying again using an incognito window, or perhaps a different browser, as the problem might be caused by a browser extension.

In case the issue persists, please record a video showing the issue. This should allow us to understand the issue and provide further information.

    Thanks!

    Hi @rsouzaam
    thanks for helping me.
It seems that the Plugin 10Web Booster is fixing the CSS Issue after optimizing.
But when i clear of the Website from the Admin Side the issue reappears.

    Hi @chiro1x,

    Thanks for letting me know!

In this case, I recommend trying the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue.

If the issue continues after following those steps, please let me know if it is visible using an incognito window. This way, I will be able to see the issue and investigate it.

    Thanks!
