WPForms registration form – additional email

    First of all, thank you for an amazing app that you have created.

    I was wondering if someone can please assist me with WPForms.

    I have created a specific form for player registration, but I would like to know is there a way to link up emails to a specific club that is selected and submitted.

    in other words, a player fills in all the info, selects the specific club they play for, and when they click submit the organization and that specific club will receive that specific player’s info.

    Any advice or tips will be appreciated.

  • Just a user with a suggestion from my experience. I have needed to create a few forms based on a person’s goals (e.g. Product A, Product B, or State C/D/E). In those cases the visitor was asked to identify that first. So they clicked button A-E for example. The corresponding form was sent to different addresses based on their selection/button choice.

    Wonder if that would work for your clubs. Even if the forms are identical, you might consider a separate form (duplicated in WPForm dash) that differs only by the email receiving the notice.

    Hi icestorm22,

    It is possible to create conditional notifications for notification emails to be sent to specific email addresses based on the users’ selection in a single form. This feature is available with any of our paid licenses.
