The forms work for me since my email is local under host provider. The second email with a comma before doesn’t show up in client’s inbox. He uses Microsoft Exchange separate from host provider local email system but points email address to host provider. So, it should be received. The host provider for website says he doesn’t think I need to use WP Mail SMTP plugin. He thinks the problem is with Microsoft Exchange spam filtering system. What do you think?

    Hi sharon135,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery. The issue is likely due to strict email spam prevention settings that assign the notification emails as spam incorrectly.

To resolve email delivery issue, you could configure a SMTP plugin on your site so emails are sent as authenticated. We have a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

    I hope this helps ??

If I set up one email via the wp mail smtp plugin, what will happen to the other email address put in the form, “Email to” and “From Email” fields? Will both go through even though the plugin only has one field for one email address.

Got all forms working right now with wp mail smtp plugin. Now, if you could add a feature that sends admin a success notification for extra emails added to “Sent to…” field. That way admin knows client and/or form sender received form submission successfully.

I sent in my suggestion to WPForms.
