WPForms not working on Safari and IOS

    Hi,
    I have a website and WPforms is not working when I try to send messages from IOS devices and Safari. I can fill the whole form and after I send it the confirmation message appears, but the messages are never delivered to my email.
    I tried to send a form from Google Chrome and it worked normally.
    I’m using the Parabola Theme, and the only installed plugins are: Cryout Serious Theme Settings and WPForms Lite.
    Any idea about what is happening?

  • Hi Bruno,

    Sorry for the trouble! Email delivery issues are becoming increasingly common, and don’t generally have any correlation with plugin settings or any incorrect setup. Email providers are cracking down on spam, and sometimes just block certain emails entirely.

    The best way to fix this is to use an SMTP service so that your site sends authenticated emails (this is sort of like an invisible note that tells the email provider that your email is legitimate).
