WPForms not sending emails

    I have two forms of WP Forms on my site. 

    Form #1 – Simple Contact Form

    I am getting the notification emails properly. 

    Form#2- Multi Step Lead Gen Form

    I am not getting the notification emails on my inbox. The data is saved in entries but I am unable to get notifications. 

    Also, I am using WPMail SMTP but still not getting the data in email for Form#2.?

    I am using the same email as WordPress user, the same email is configured with SMTP, the same email is used as From Email in WPForm Notifications.

    Can you help me fix this issue?

    The issue is fixed. I hired someone on Fiverr and he has helped me to fix the issue.

    I’m glad to hear you got that sorted, and thank you for taking the time to let us know.

    Looking at the form on the shared page, I could see you’re using a multi-page form, which is available only with a paid license. It seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms.

    In case you’d like more assistance with your form, please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard. From there, our support team can take a closer look at your request(s).

    Please know that we’re not able to respond to paid version questions here in the www.remarpro.com support forums for the free version.
