WPForms Not Capturing Data

I just checked after reading your message. It is working great on my end after seeing the guidelines I attached for WPForms. I am using the lite version of WPForms. I think you entered this smart tag {utm_event_tracker_utm_campaign} at a default value of the targetted field. Please try again after appending UTM values in the URL https://example.com/?utm_campaign=test+wp+forms&utm_source=google&utm_medium=email. Let me know if you are still seeing problems.

Looks like the error must have been in the URL formatting. This worked correctly, thank you for the help!
