We want users who submit a newsletter signup form (built with WPForms) to be added to a Mailpoet subscriber list. I’ve created a recipe and it’s adding the user as a subscriber to Mailpoet but not assigning them to a list.

Are you able to see any obvious errors with our setup? Have you seen this error before?
Is there anything other information I can provide that would help you see why users are being subscribed but not assigned to a list?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is really embarrasing. It looks like it’s fixed itself.

While subscribers are added instantly, there seems to be a delay of about 30 to 60 minutes before the lists are applied to the subscribers.

Hi @eurisko , thanks for following up to confirm!

That is still an unusual behaviour. For some SaaS platforms we sometimes see delays where they queue requests, and that could be similar here, or in some cases we see large Action Scheduler delays. If the delay becomes problematic or starts taking longer, maybe reopen this ticket and include details from Automator > Status and our team can take a look.
