• I have been using the WPForms Lite plugin for a couple of years without issue until I noticed this week that while form submissions look like they have been submitted successfully (I get the confirmation message on screen) – they are no longer being emailed.

    It looks like I haven’t received a weekly summary email (with the number of emails sent) since January 2022 when WordPress was automatically updated to 5.8.3. (I have just updated to 5.9.2 in trying to resolve the form notification issue – and I’ve ensured WPForms is the latest version)

    I didn’t previously use a SMTP plugin but having following your instructions I’ve installed WP Mail SMTP and configured it to work with SendInBlue. When I send a test email through WP Mail I receive it in my inbox with no problem.

    I have double checked I have the same From email address in WPForms and in WP Mail SMTP so am unsure what to try next.

    Nothing shows up in the WP Mail SMTP email log nor in SendInBlue so it looks like the email just isn’t being generated.

    I did also try adding the:
    add_filter( 'wpforms_tasks_entry_emails_trigger_send_same_process', '__return_true' );
    as I saw this worked about 2 years ago for a similar support query, but this didn’t fix it.

    What else could I try?
