Hi there, I’m using WPForms Lite and built a contact form for my website.

I also used the WPForm instructions to configure the notification process. My admin email address matches my website.

I sent test emails and I’m definitely receiving the notifications. However, the only thing I can see in the notification emails is the sender’s email address. The name, phone number and message isn’t coming through.

I wonder what I’m doing wrong? Is there I can configure things so I receive all of the form entry information in the notification emails?

    Thank you.

  • Hey @catvanto – Thanks for contacting us!

When you have some time, can you please check if {all_fields} smart tag is added under Settings > Notifications > Email Message? The {all_fields} smart tag will pull all the fields that are there in the form and display the submitted information in the email notification. As you’re only seeing the sender email address, most likely in the email message field you’ve only the {field_id=”#”} smart tag added. If that’s the case, please replace the field ID with {all_fields} smart tag and you should see the other field’s information in the email notifications.

    Please let me know!

    Kindly,
