Hi @wpcc666 and @mueschel,
Thanks for reaching out!
About 1, I’m unsure if I understood your question. If you’d like to know which form a notification refers to, you can add a Smart Tag?in the Default Value option of a?Hidden field. In this case, you could use {form_name}
or {page_url}
. To check all the smart tags available, please refer to our guide here.
With this, you will get this information in the form notification. Also, you should be able to see data from the Email field in the form notification.
About 2, you can get all the details about the weekly Email Summaries in our guide here.
About 3, by default, non-payment-related entries submitted using the Lite version are not stored in WordPress and only exist through email notifications. We only store entry data for payments that are collected through your form. Please take a look at our guide for more details about this.
Currently WPForms Lite does not have the feature to store entries, and we’ve provided clarification about this on the Entries page in Lite. However, enabling the Lite Connect option will back up the entries submitted through your forms. This means that if you decide to upgrade to WPForms Pro, you can restore your entries and have instant access to reports. Please check this guide for more details about this feature.
If ever you decide to upgrade to the paid version, you’ll be able to restore your entries and store and manage future entries on your site.
About 4, all entries sent through the form after the date Lite Connect was enabled should be restored after the upgrade. Otherwise, none of the entries submitted will be restored since there are no backups made for those entries. WPForms Lite entries are not stored in WordPress by default and only exist in the email that is sent.
@mueschel, as explained above, you can see your entries from WPForms Lite in your form notifications.
I hope this helps!
