WPFORMS ISSUE

  • Hello Gioni,

    I am sorry for the disturbance again but I deleted Google Recaptcha from wpforms plugin and used only antispam and I am unable to submit any form, I disabled rest API in Hardening tab and still the same, this a screenshot of the error.

    I tried to solve it but I am unable to fix it.

    Use the RID you see on the screenshot on the Activity tab to find the reason why the form submission was blocked. Enter RID into the Request ID search field (click More to open the field).

    Thank you for your reply, I reinstalled the reCAPTCHA again and figure out the issue on Mobile it was Async Javascript.
    That is the error:
    Multiple suspicious activities were detected.
    IP subnet blocked.
    Spam form submission denied Bot detected.

    In your case, you need to enable and configure reCAPTCHA in WPForms, not in WP Cerber.

    one more thing please if I disabled reCAPTCHA and used anti spam feature what is the name space for WPForms is it the same.

    now it’s working without any issues I added wpforms in rest API in Hardening Tab.

    What version of WPForms do you use? Does it utilize REST API?

    I am using WPForms Lite 1.6.0.2, it’s now working to be honest it was headache and I didn’t know what exactly happened but it’s now working, I changed many things deleted reCAPTCHA and recreate it, put it in wpforms only or wp cerber or both and it was not working although I excluded it in REST API.
    any way every thing working great now, Thank you very much for your time, sorry for the late reply.

    I am sorry but it stopped working again, I tried to exclude the form as mentioned here https://wpcerber.com/antispam-for-wordpress-contact-forms/ but I am unable to fix it.

    I still receive “We’re sorry, you are not allowed to proceed”, I looked at live traffic in Traffic Inspector but I can not find any Referrer to exclude it only gives me spam form submission denied and the Referrer is my domain name.

    The value of the Referrer field is not relevant here. What is the URL logged?

    Thank you, fixed by disabling Protect all forms on the website with bot detection engine and enabling only Protect comment form with bot detection engine without enabling Use less restrictive policies (allow AJAX)
