WPforms is not transmitting name to mailchimp

    I use the free wpform plugin and want to add a mailchimp newsletter contact by adding the mailchimp button to my contact formular. That seems to work so far, bot only the email adress is saved in a new contact in the mailchimp list.
    First name and last name are not saved (and stay empty) even thou the fields are filled out in the contact form.
    Can I get some help from your side to fix that problem?
    I don’t want to upgrade to get the mailchimp addon.

    As you’re using the Mailchimp integration which seems to be from a 3rd party developer, I would suggest you check with them to see if they can assist you with this as providing support for 3rd party plugins falls outside the purview of support we can provide.
