    Hi there,

I have followed all the instructions from previous posts trying to solve this on my own and can’t seem to resolve this issue.

Could you please help me with this issue?

This is the issue message that I’m getting:
“Heads up! WPForms has detected an issue with JavaScript on this page. JavaScript is required for this form to work properly, so this form may not work as expected. See our troubleshooting guide to learn more or contact support.
This message is only displayed to site administrators.”

    Thanks!
    Diaz

  • Hi @brmari422,

Sorry to hear about the issue you are facing here!

This likely seems to be an issue with optimization and caching plugins which helps in the performance of the sites. However, some features included in these plugins can cause WPForms functions to not work properly.

When you get a chance, please refer to this guide and which highlights the common JavaScript issues in WPForms and WP Fastest Cache.

For the Lite version of the plugin, you can exclude the following path:
    /wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/assets/js/wpforms.js

    Hope this helps! ??

    Hi @brmari422,

We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
