The problem started when I updated my elementor and hello elementor theme. I rolled back the update and now I am left with a form that the calculation field is not working. I tried deactivate and activate the calculation plugin. It works under the preview

Some straight issue that I noticed is sometimes the calculated field work in the non-cache version then the cache version is working then non-cache version is not. Basically, it is rotating between working calculated field in cache and non-cache edition. Pretty much a debugging nightmare

    Hi @justanothertechbro,

    We’d be happy to help!

As the Calculations addon is only available with a Pro license level or higher, it seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance??

From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

I apologize that we’re not able to respond to paid version questions here in the www.remarpro.com support forums for the free version, but really appreciate your help!

    Thanks!

@rsouzaam it fixed the calculation issue and the please enable javascript issue by disabling the wp faster cache and roll back the elementor plugin properly. I am down to the ajax issue. I have contacted godaddy

Error: Ajax Submit Error – WPForms

What the godaddy support told me? I waited for 8+ hours still the same issue. Even the backup copy jaysmetalproducts.ca/products are experiencing all the same issue as soon as I make it a public site

“Thank you for staying connected and as I am working reset teh fil permssion and check on security and kill PHP server cacahe for you to get this work on we are done with the reset it do wait for couple of hours and let us know.”

    Hi @justanothertechbro,

Thanks for providing the details, and I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing.

Since you mentioned Elementor, I recommend checking if the “Element Caching” feature located under Elementor → Settings → Features is disabled (screenshot). We’ve received some reports of issues caused by this Elementor feature. Here’s an example of a related issue.

Please always feel welcome to submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard, and we’ll be happy to assist further with WPForms Pro from there.

    Thanks!

    Hi @justanothertechbro,

    Thanks for letting me know!

When you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?

In case the issue persists, I noticed that your form on https://www.jaysmetal.com/products/duraclad/ includes Layout fields and conditional logic. Please note that these features are available exclusively with a paid license.

With this, it seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?

From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    Thanks!
