    WPForm was installed, as a licensed product @1 year ago.
    Needing updates, and finding the license expired, a new license was purchased.
    The process indicated in the WordPress Dashboard for WPForms was to deactivate the old license and then activate the new license.
    Deactivation went fine.
    Activation persistently failed for a week with “Sorry…try later” message.
    I opened support tickets via the linked from WPForms in the dashboard under [email protected]
    I never received a response.
    I opened a ticket via the payment system, and WPForms refunded the payment.
    Is WPForms going away? Is there no support to even respond?
    Why wouldn’t the process activate and why didn’t support provide any response?

    Thank you, the issue was spam filtering for the support emails. That has been cleared and support has resolved my issue. Thank you for the quick efficient responses ??
