WPFC-Minified 4 hour expiry

Hi,
As per attached link, I am scoring badly in Leverage Browser Caching. I know that this can happen when files are 3rd party, but they are not. A lot of them are actually Fastest Cache files – see below – but they all seem to be at 4 hours. How can I adjust these please?
