WPFC and Gravity Forms and/or GF’s Stripe Add-On

I manage a site for a non-profit that allows members to sign-up and pay membership dues online via a GF form. Credit Card payment processing is handled via the the official GF Stripe Add-On.

When WPFC is enabled, users experience a problem when attempting to pay with credit card. After entering their pertinent CC data and clicking the button to continue, the transaction seems to hang. A spinny-circle indicator appears next to the submission button, but the transaction is never processed, no confirmation ever appears, and no notifications are ever sent.

When WPFC is disabled, everything works as expected. The transaction goes through, a confirmations is displayed, and notifications are sent.

I’m not quite sure how to troubleshoot this issue. The site is fairly active and benefits from caching, but I can’t keep caching enabled while this payment processing issue exists.

If a bug with WPFC, please let me know how I can help identify it for you.

In the meantime, is there a way that I can disable caching for Gravity Forms in general… or must I disable caching for the particular page on which the offending form appears?
