    Good morning to all,

    I need your help please

I wish to use the WPerp plugin to allow me to manage accounting, CRM etc ….

I downloaded the free basic plugin and I bought the WooCommerce connection extension.

The problem is that when I launch the synchronization for the CRM part no problem. When I add the accounting part, the synchronization runs in the empty space, no error (if I was not mistaken level apache, WP, php …) I just have this error message on the console

    POST …/WP-admin/admin-ajax.php?_fs_blog_admin=true 500

when I do the test locally, no problem. I’ve been on the subject for 3 weeks and I don’t understand where it can come from …

thank you for your help and to the people who will take the time to help me

  • Hello @karspare

I wish I could help you on this here but the forum doesn’t support discussing with something that comes with the Pro or Paid version.

As the WooCommerce integration is a paid extension of WP ERP, I’d recommend you to contact the premium support center that you got with your extension. I believe the support team for the paid extensions would love to help you with this.

    Thanks

    Hello mehedi

    Thank you for your response.

How can I contact this support please?

    BR

    Lo?c

You should have a support area on your my-account section under the WP ERP account. Or, You can reach the team here, I guess ??

    Thanks
