WPEngine and plugin issues

  • Hi,
    i am trying to use this plugin on wpengine hosting and its not working. On any other hosting its working properly but on wpengine its not. For example, when i visit website from my ip , plugin recognize each time my IP differently. Any ideas?

  • Try checking the setting “The server is behind a reverse proxy.” Clear your cache after. See if that helps. If not, wait for plugin author to reply.

    Look at the Reverse proxy debug site (settings > reverse proxy) and copy the informations there …

    If the values are correct there, then it is a page caching issue. You could look into using the AJAX mode.
    If not, then yes, you need to fiddle with the reverse proxy options.
