WPEC Uninstall

I just began using WP and I installed this plugin not knowing that it would change the format of the current pages that were up and running.

Now, even after uninstallation, I still cannot redirect to the pages on my site. Only the homepage is appearing.

Did I completely mess this up or is there a way to fix this?
