[wpdm_tree] shortcode not working at all

Also, If I use the shortcode “[wpdm_package id=’1442′]” then that item shows up just fine. It just will not allow the “[wpdm_tree]” to work

Sorry for delay. Tree shortcode comes from Extended Shortcode Addon.

Do you have Extended Shortcode Addon installed?

If not install it from above link.

I am using the extended shortcode addon to show catagory “sections” with several subcatagories. When first set up it worked fine, it listed the subcatagories and when clicked on expanded to show the files. Suddenly, it stopped working and shows the subcatagories but does not expand. I recently went from the free version to pro.

I would appreciate advice on getting it to work again.
