WPDM Pro not working/registering?

    Hello. When in our WordPress editor, it shows that we have the Download Manager Pro plugin installed and up-to-date, but I am unable to use any related shortcodes or features from it. WPDM also keeps prompting me to buy pro. I Just want to check if I am missing something.
