I have a Wpdiscuz comments plugin. On the lessons Wpdiscuz behaves in a weird way. The Wpdiscuz comment form is displayed only if at least one comment has been published. If there are no comments in the lesson, the standard WordPress form is displayed. Everything is fine in the WordPress posts and pages — wpdiscuz form is displayed everywhere, even if there are no comments.

    What’s wrong?

  • Hello,

I’m not able to reproduce this. After checking the Allow Comments for Lessons Sensei LMS setting and ensuring lesson is checked in the Display comment form for post types wpDiscuz settings, the comments form is displayed regardless of whether or not there is an existing comment.

I would recommend checking for a plugin conflict by disabling other plugins (if possible) and/or checking in with the wpDiscuz team to see if they have any advice.

    Thx.

I disabled almost all plugins (I have to enable woocommerce due to an error), but it didn’t help. I also switch to Twenty Twenty theme, which doesn’t help either.

    Hi @sanya1917 ,

Since we’re not able to duplicate this, the next best step would be to contact the WpDiscuz developers, to see if they can get you pointed in the right direction.

    Best,
    Cena

    Closing.
