    Hello

I want to use wpDiscuz for WooCommerce. I know there is a wooDiscuz plugin. However, the wpDiscuz is more up-to-date and better suppoted; plus I just want a simple comment system (like regular WordPress post) for WooCommerce and now the extra features wooDiscuz adds.

Is this possible? If so, how?

    Thanks!

    Hi Lakjin,
WooDiscuz is currently under active development and we’ll be released with very useful and WooCommerce specific functions and features. Please let us know what exactly you need in WooDiscuz to use it?

Here is what I have in mind:

    a) The ability to import comments from Disqus (Disqus doesn’t properly import WooCommerce comments — so an manual export / import would be needed)

    b) The ability to “hide” comments that were posted before the publish date of a post and people would have to manually click a javascript link to make the comments appear

    c) Update parity with wpDiscuz — which seems to have more features, such as the ability to pick which type of comments to subscribe to

Not just WooDiscuz but the wpDiscuz doesn’t have such an option as well. There, we can’t find to create some free solution for this yet. However our company has paid services for comment migrations. You can contact via support[at]gvectors.com email address if you need such a migration.

    b) The ability to “hide” comments that were posted before the publish date of a post and people would have to manually click a javascript link to make the comments appear

How can be posted a comment without a post? I’m sorry I didn’t follow you.

Ok, the subscription options will be added in next versions.
