wpdiscuz + comment images reloaded

I have been trying to get “comment images reloaded” working with “wpdiscuz”. It seems this is possible as others have achieved this set up but I am not finding any documentation.

I would love it if someone could point me in the right direction.

After I install this plug-in nothing happens at all, no changes to my comment forms.

sorry I am just really lost without documentation.
