WPDiscuz 404 pages generated

Hello,
I am using this plugin its working great for me but i have one issue I run a crawl on the site and it found many 404 png images the plugin created or something
https://www.coinish.com/wp-content/plugins/wpdiscuz/utils/temp/RbC6U-151969101676..How i remove this.

Hi lakhankaushal,
It seems, your server cannot create captcha images in the first load, this during the reason of this issue.
I can suggest to change “Captcha generation type” to “WP Session” value in Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Comment Form admin page.
