Wpdb Prepare Error on Checkout Page

I get the following error on the bottom of the page after a customer completes there payments and checks out.

Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in/themes/wooshoplite/functions.php on line 58 and defined in /wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 992
