wpDataTables is Not Working

    wpDataTables 2.1.3 is not working on my site. I received the following error: Error
    You are trying to load a table of an unknown type. Probably you did not activate the addon which is required to use this table type.

    The main wpDataTables plugin is activated. I don’t believe we ever had an add-on plugin before unless this is a recent requirement based on the most recent update?

    We assume that you are using premium version before. If that is true, then please contact us on our support platform, and we will help you out, because support for premium version is not allowed here.

    I don’t believe we used the Premium plugin in the past. We certainly aren’t using it now so I’m a bit perplexed as to why all of a sudden it’s not working?

    Hi Victore,

    Then we need to investigate it on your server.
    Because this forum is public, can you please open PRIVATE pre-purchase ticket (so nobody can see them except us) on our support platform and please provide us a temporary WP-admin login for your site and PhpMyAdmin credentials for your database where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
