I am getting the shortcode text WPCR_INSERT showing on all pages of my client site where it asks for customer reviews – see for example:
    https://www.affordablecorporatesuites.net/concord.html

Also I am getting this error message at the top of my admin dashboard, which probably is related to why this problem is occurring:

Warning: fopen(/home4/affordcs/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-customer-reviews/wp-customer-reviews.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home4/affordcs/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4305

Warning: fread() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /home4/affordcs/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4308

Warning: fclose() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /home4/affordcs/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4311

Can you please tell me how to fix this?

I found that the problem was caused by my copy of the plugin being deactivated somehow. Once I reactivated it again, read the settings info for the new version, and checked the boxes on each page, everything is working great again. Thanks.

this happened on all of our sites after a regular upgrade – and now im looking at about 900+ sites that are just showing the shortcode…not too good – we are ditching this plugin unless we can get a proper fix
