Hi I wanted to add a captcha to a WPcontact form as your page states add to any WP form: Spam protection for all WordPress forms

However you only really allow to add to WP login, WP sign up (and their lost, reset passwords) and WP comment form not JetPack

so where is the WPcontact form tick button?
the two free options above. wordpress registration and wordpress log in is not ANY WP form.
    thanks very much in advance

    Hello @sneakerlove

Thank you very much for showing interest in our plugin.

Adding CAPTCHA on non-default WordPress forms is a premium functionality. So can you please send us an email at [email protected] for assistance?

This forum is just for support and other questions about the free edition of the plugin.

We look forward to hearing from you.

hello robert abela sorry this is not resolved. you are not answering my questions. You are stating free for any native WPforms. I have a wpform created in WP not a third party plugin form. So in reality you are falsely advertising your plugin as ‘free’ for any native WPform since the only places your plug in can be placed is WP user registration and WP login (and on non jetpack comments). Can you confirm or deconfirm. Thank you.

    Hello @sneakerlove

Thank you for your response. I am sorry to read that you think we are falsely advertising the plugin, but we are not.

In the plugin’s page there is the following text: With the free edition you can add CAPTCHA to the built-in forms in WordPress, such as the login and comments form. To add CAPTCHA to forms by third party plugins, such as WooCommerce, Contact Form 7 and BuddyPress upgrade to CAPTCHA 4WP Premium.

If you have created a form on your WordPress website, regardless if you are using a plugin or not (such as writing the code yourself) it is still not a built-in form. So the plugin won’t work on that.

I hope the above clarifies this issue. Should you require any further information or clarification, please do not hesitate to ask.

    Have a great day.
