wpcasa listing pdf : white page online

    Hello,

    I have a problem with the “wpcasa-listing-pdf.1.0.0” add-ons. In fact 2..

    1) On my website, on future production server, when i click on the link to view the PDF : it leads to a white page. The source code of the new tab is totally empty…
    So what’s the problem ? Any prerequisites on the server ? Apache Tweaks ? I didn’t find any information about it the documentation.
    I tried to install a vanilla wordpress, with vanilla wpcasa + listing pdf extension, same issue.

    2) The second problem is on development server : since few days, i discovered that the add-ons doesn’t work anymore properly : there is no more layout, only texts are present : images are like broken links, it displays “image not found” then the path of image on server just under… But the displayed path is correct !
    IDK how did this happen, i firstly installaed and configurated this add-ons weeks ago, and it used to work perfectly… Ticket opened on this issue.

    I really need help on this 2 issue, the add-ons is like useless right now.

    the WPCasa Listing PDF Add-On is a premium add-on. For support please stick to the premium support channel as this here is only the support forum of the WPCasa plugin itself.

    As far as I know you’ve already submitted a ticket which explains the #2 issue. We already have answered that and also considered your #1 issue.

    Issue #1 was about php version, my server use php 7. i changed the php version to php 5.6 and now pdf are generated properly.

    Thanks for your help, the ticket answer given to the right way to solve it.
