• No plugin author interaction on this forum for more than a year.

Unable to contact the plugin author, as both websites I could find associated with the author have errors that keep sites from displaying.

  • Yeah, sad. Have started to see fatals in combination with Jetpack Contact Form. No point reporting if nobody to investigate and fix.

Awful to see. It used to work great. I’m particularly annoyed that the dev’s still doing renewals for paid add-ons when they aren’t supporting or updating them. I now have a useless premium add-on and can’t get a response here, via email, or via their contact form.

He should sell the plugin to some other company that can offer support or at least update the plugin after a few months. I am also very sick of the support person as he never replied to me since I have purchased the plugin a year ago. Tried to reach him many times via his website, and via his email but no reply.
