• I used to have a plugin called WPBakery Visual Composer (Modified Version) that came with my theme, which is Jupiter. Elements were missing in the backend editor, but they still could be seen on the website. I tried to fix this by uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin. Instead of installing the original plugin WPBakery Visual Composer, it downloaded a different one, WPBakery Page Builder (Modified Version). After downloading this plugin all the pages on my website were essentially empty. In the backend editor, the elements were missing as well. However, in the classic editor, I can see some code from the plugin WPBakery Visual Composer (Modified Version) that looks like this:

    [vc_empty_space height="35px"][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width="1/3"][mk_blog style="newspaper" column="1" post_count="4" cat="3"][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width="1/3"][mk_blog style="newspaper" column="1" post_count="4" cat="5"][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width="1/3"][mk_blog style="newspaper" column="1" post_count="4" cat="4"]

How can I fix my website? Is there any way I can go back and reinstall the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin?

    Any help appreciated! Thanks.

Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://visualcomposer.com/support/

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
