Hi. What you are facing issue?

The Ultimate Carousel item is not displayed in the WPBakery item list wall
I can’t use it because i can’t see it in the item list

Please check in console If you see any error after activate the plugin or something else. show me the screenshot of both plugin directory where it is activated and WPBakery Item list.

i use WPBakery with Theme Reload

I just checked your Reload theme on codecanyon and It looks they are providing Visual Composer plugin not wpbkery https://prnt.sc/snjxid
