WPBakery Page Builder 7.0 error upload images

  • Hi

    Since I update WPBakery Page Builder to 7.0 version I can’t upload any images to articles. Error message: Error. Please try later.

    Using WordPress 6.3

    I can add images previous uploaded. I can upload images using ftp but I can’t see them on the media library.

    Any ideas?

    I’ve disabled wpbakery and working with the wordpress editor and I still have the same problem: I can′t upload any images.

    Exactly which way are you trying?

    Do you see any error messages? If yes, which?

    Do you see anything abnormal under Tools > Site Health?

    Do you have enough free space in your hosting?

    Error message: Error. Please try later.
    File extensions that I tried: png, jpg or pdf

    Methods used:
    1) upload image using wpbakery = error;
    2) upload image using wp editor (wpbakery deactiveted) = error
    3) upload image using media library = error
    4) upload image via ftp (cpanel) = it’s in the folder but I can’t access it using media library, doesn’t show up
    5) plugins deactivated and still the same issue

    Nothing abnormal or different under site health.
    Hosting ok.

    5) sounds to me like a misconfiguration of the file and directory permissions in the hosting area. I would recommend that you contact your host’s support.
