WPBakery and Woocommerce Plugin Conflict?

So edit with WPBakery wasn’t working on any pages so I went through disabling other plugins and WPBakery works fine until I activate woocommerce. As soon as I activate woocommerce WPBakery stops working and I got a 404 page not found error.

I need both plugins.

Is this a known conflict? anyone know how to solve?
