    Hello, On a wpadverts classifieds site using woocommerce, all of our paid featured ads remain as “processing” even when they have been paid for a long time. They never update. What triggers or webhooks do we need and how do we set them up to trigger these notifications with authorize.net? I cannot find this specific setup or documentation on it anywhere. Thanks

    Could you please follow these steps to send over your site’s System Status?

    1. Go to your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Status.
    3. Click on “Get system report.”
    4. Then click “Copy for support” to copy the report.

    After copying the report, please paste it into a new Gist at?https://gist.github.com. Once you’ve done that, you can share the Gist link with me here in your reply.

    Have you contacted WPAdverts – Classifieds Plugin support regarding this issue? If you have not then I will suggest doing so. This might provide additional insight into the problem.

    Thank you for your reply. It appears now since posting this I’ve found that “virtual” products will not set this processing status? Wpadvert products are virtual. But they do not currently offer a “virtual” product selection in the product setup page. I have reached out to them. I will advise one I hear back.

    You’re correct. In WooCommerce, virtual products typically skip the “Processing” status and move directly to “Completed” once payment is received. This is because they don’t require shipping.

    If WPAdverts products are set as virtual and you’re not seeing an option to select “Virtual” during product creation, it might be a feature that WPAdverts needs to add or fix in their integration with WooCommerce.
