I am checking the database of my site (750 posts) and I see that there are 1,589,248 rows. Is this normal?

I also get a lot of these PHP errors:

[proxy_fcgi:error [pid 13649:tid 13722 [client 3.64.63.154:0 AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Warning: Undefined array key "access_token" in /home/.cloudwaysapps.com/gvyhanbtaf/public_html/wp-content/pl............t" in /home/.cloudwaysapps.com/gvyhanbtaf/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/src/config/oauth-client.php on line 74', referer: https://www.MYSITE.com/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?s=Yoast%2520Test%2520Helper&tab=search&type=term
[proxy_fcgi:error [pid 13649:tid 13830 [client 13.38.103.205:0 AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Warning: Undefined array key "access_token" in /home/.cloudwaysapps.com/gvyhanbtaf/public_html/wp-content/............on line 73PHP message: PHP Warning: Undefined array key "created_at" in /home/.cloudwaysapps.com/gvyhanbtaf/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/src/config/oauth-client.php on line 74', referer: https://www.MYSITE.com/wp-admin/

These errors are very frequent. Something like every 3 minutes. Any idea?

    Regards,

    Hi @juanwp22

From the PHP warning you shared, I noticed it shows a file path for Yoast SEO. Would you kindly let us know the version of Yoast SEO and WordPress on your site?

    Hi @611shabnam

I use the latest version of WordPress and the latest version of Yoast. I always keep my WordPress and plugins updated.

    Please try the following:

    1. Install & activate the?Yoast Test Helper plugin
    2. Go to Tools > Yoast Test
    3. Locate the Yoast SEO section and click on the ‘Reset indexables tables & migrations‘, ‘Reset Prominent words calculation‘, and ‘Reset Internal link counter‘ buttons. After each click, the page will reload to confirm that the specific reset was successful.
    4. Go to SEO > Tools, and under SEO data, click the “Start SEO data optimization” button to allow Yoast to rescan your content.

Let us know if the reported issue remains after resetting the optimized data.

I have applied everything and it seems to be the same.

    Is this correct?

    Hello @juanwp22

The contents of those tables are based on what Yoast SEO finds when your site is scanned. For instance, since version 14.0, Yoast SEO stores metadata for all pages in separate database tables –?wp_yoast_indexable_hierarchy?&?wp_yoast_indexable.?This lets us fetch a page’s metadata in one simple database request (rather than many individual requests), resulting in much faster page loads. Before 14.0, we stored metadata like titles and meta descriptions in different places for different types of pages. This data needs to be migrated to the new table for everything to work best. To do this, Yoast SEO will ask to index your site’s SEO data. You can learn more at?https://yoast.com/help/why-does-yoast-seo-ask-to-index-a-sites-seo-data/. The?wp_yoast_seo_links?table contains links for the text link counter tool in the plugin.

Is there a difference if you turn OFF the associated features (Text link counter, Internal linking suggestions and Insights) in?WordPress > Yoast SEO > Settings > General > Site Features?

So now it would be working properly?

    Hi @juanwp22

Are you referring to the PHP warnings?

If you disable the integrations under WordPress dashboard > Yoast SEO > Integrations, do you still see the warnings returning?

Are you using WordPress security plugins or something on the server that blocks Oauth related services?

    Hi @juanwp22

Thanks for the screenshot of PHP warning and slow queries.

If you disable the integrations under WordPress dashboard > Yoast SEO > Integrations, do you still see those same warnings in Query monitor? Kindly check.

    Hi @611shabnam

When deactivating them, I no longer see the warning.

So what’s the problem? That could cause excessive CPU consumption?

    Hi @juanwp22

Kindly know that the error usually happens when the token is expired. The token will be cleared when you disable the integration and this resolves the error.

If you wish to keep using the integration, you can enable it back on and reconfigure the connection by following the instructions?here and here.

Thank you for your response. As I don’t use it I will leave it disabled.
