WP_Widget deprecated method notice

Visual Form Builder is a great plugin, but it now needs to be updated to be fully compatible with WordPress 4.3
Activating this plugin gets the following message:
Notice: The called constructor method for WP_Widget is deprecated since version 4.3.0! Use
__construct()
instead. in C:\vhosts\dd764\ussltr\wp-includes\functions.php on line 3457
The notice does not show up on production sites, but when developing a site locally, this message at the top of every screen is a pain.
Thought you’d like to know this if you didn’t already.
