    The plugin currently supports WP 4.4. A deprecated notice simply means that one method is being phased out. This particular notice also tells us to use a different method. It doesn’t mean that it won’t work.

    The plugin is on my list of planned updates though. However, it should work with WP 4.4 fine.

    Thanks @JustinTadlock for your prompt feedback.

    I have installed your plugin and the error message keep appear on top of WP Dashboard and also on my website, so in the meantime I deactivated the plugin until I find solutions for this.

    I really need help.
