wp_wc_order_stats does not save

Sorry to hear you’re having issues saving data in the database. Let’s check if there is an error on the WooCommerce logs. Kindly provide us the following:

• System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
• Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

First of all thank you very much for your help. The problem is generated by the web credentials, being a test site I have it with access credentials. By having the credentials activated, the records of payments made in wp_wc_order_stats were not listed, but at the time of removing the credentials and making payments they are listed in that table … which is very strange behavior, you will know why this happens ? Is there an internal process that could be failing for these credentials?

This web credential you mentioned, is it enabled by a plugin? If yes, can you provide a link to it? Seems you’re experiencing a conflict issue, you can read more about this here: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
