wp_usermeta: Table 'christianisidore.wp_usermeta' doesn't exist

I have this, that WP press me to joint you :

wp_usermeta: Table ‘christianisidore.wp_usermeta’ doesn’t exist

I clean the sql datas, there is just this database on it : christianisidore.

What can i do ?
