wp_usermeta is marked as crashed.. and repair failed

Grateful if someone can help me fix this in the database please?

There is also no backup of the database ??

Both tables wp_usermeta and wp_options are corrupted and any repair attempts have failed:

REPAIR TABLE wp_usermeta, wp_options

aaa.wp_usermeta repair error Can’t create new tempfile: ‘./aaa/wp_usermeta.TMD’
aaa.wp_usermeta repair status Operation failed
aaa.wp_options repair error Can’t create new tempfile: ‘./aaa/wp_options.TMD’
