  • Hey @abhirosh1,

    Can you check with your host if there is a firewall in place which might be blocking Smush servers. In case if it’s a local install there might be some issue with the Internet access if you’re running on a virtualbox.

    Let me know the response from your hosting provider.

    Thanks, Umesh

    Hi @umeshsingla ,

    Since a few days some websites are down when opening Media because a timeout.
    If I deactivate WP Smush everything works fine again.

    As you say, maybe our server firewall is blocking Smush servers.
    What are they IP to add them to the white list ?

    Thanks

    Hey @jairoochoa,

    That seems like a different issue altogether, Can you please open a separate thread, I’ll help you out with this.

    Thanks, Umesh

    Hello @abhirosh1,

    I’m really sorry for the huge delay here, somehow we missed this topic.

    Is this still on-going in your end?
    Have you contacted your hosting provider like Umesh mentioned above?
    Please advise!

    Warm regards,
    Dimitris

    Hey, same problem. What i can to do?

    Пропущено из-за ошибки таймаута. Вы можете увеличить таймаут запроса чтобы убедиться что Smush достаточно времени для обработки больших изображений. define('WP_SMUSH_API_TIMEOUT', 150);

    Hey @buyyes,

    Hope you’re well.

    Did you try that code recommendation? If it does not help it can be the same problem that your server can block Smush servers, can you ask that to hosting provider?

    Also, according to www.remarpro.com forum guides, you need to create a new thread;

    Unless users have the exact same version of WordPress on the same physical server hosted by the same hosts with the same plugins, theme, and configurations, then the odds are the solution for one user will not be the same for another. For this reason, we recommend people start their own topics.

    Can you create your own thread?

    Hello again. Hope you too.

    I’ve tried over and over and over and over… After 6-10 attempts, the program finally checked all my images. So I don’t need help any more. I use Cloudflare, maybe this information will be useful for you.

    Hey @buyyes,

    Hope you’re well.

    We had some issues related to Cloudflare but they are should fix after the latest release. But I will check it again to be sure. Thanks for the information.

    Cheers,
    Oguz
