WP_Session Ninja Form

    Hello,

    We want to ask about _wp_session_ and _wp_session_expires_ in the database wp_options.
    What they’re used for? Our database grown big because of that. We sum it up and got almost 600MB in wp_option.

    Is it safe to delete them? Will that affect the form and submission record?
    Please help. Thank you.
