wp_rewrite and redirect

I ve added new rewriterule what looks like that

listing/(*)/(*)/$] => index.php?pagename=listing[1]&country=$matches[2]&region=$matches[3]

so I want https://www.mysite.com/listing/France/Bordeaux for instance to be redirected to be rewrited as https://www.mysite.com/listing/?country=France&region=Bordeaux

but in a same time i have page called France that is child page of page called countries. So , when I type in https://www.mysite.com/listing/France/Bordeaux/ it goes to https://www.mysite.com/countries/france

can someone help me. ? :o)
