    Hi There,
From last few days I am using Wordfence diagnostic tool & I found one strange behaviour. Some day it throws an error wp_remote_post() test back to this server failed! Response was: cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: happyreading.in & next day error disappears. It occurred multiple times.

I have send report by Email at [email protected]

    Could you help me.

  • Hi @happyreading,
Your site is failing to connect to itself. This is something you should bring up with your web host as it points to there being a problem with the availability of your site or possibly DNS issues.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry but I am unable to understand what you are trying to say. Would you mind elaborating in detail?

    Thanks

Your site is trying to make a request (visit) to itself. When it’s trying to do that, it fails. happyreading.in is trying to contact happyreading.in but can not because it can not find happyreading.in. This is a problem on the server and not in Wordfence, so you will have to reach out to your host to inquire about why it’s happening.

    Hi @happyreading,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’ll mark this thread as resolved.

As Asa stated, this seems to be an issue with your host and not with Wordfence, so it’s recommended to ask your host for more details.

If you’re still having any issues with Wordfence, please feel free to open a new thread.

    Thanks!
