wp_read_image_metadata() – include Orientation

Historically, I don’t think that WordPress has handled EXIF data very well but I recall seeing recently that orientation specifically should be addressed very soon.

Thanks esmi – is there a ticket or thread I can monitor re addressing orientation ?

I can’t find any tickets specific to wp_read_image_metadata() and searching on “image orientation” is just throwing too wide a net. ??
