wp_options: Table is marked as crashed

I went to our website and it said “Error establishing a database connection”, then I read the WordPress help to try wp-admin, and that let me do repairs, but now it says “wp_options: Table is marked as crashed”. How do I fix that? We don’t have backups that I know of.
